Production Process

Step 1: Start with an automatic unboxing machine – automatically open and seal the bottom of the box.

Step Two: Enter the Letter "I" Type Folding & Sealing Machine – Automatically performs Letter "I" type sealing.

Three Steps: After completing the letter "I" style sealing, transfer to the corner sealing machine for corner sealing.

Four Steps: After sealing the boxes, the automatic packaging is initiated, marking the completion of the packaging operation on this line. If product automatic boxing is added between Step One and Step Two, this packaging line will then be able to fully realize unmanned, fully automatic operation from unboxing to packaging.
