When using a steam lithium bromide absorption chiller, it is recommended to use one operating at a higher steam pressure; measures for recovering condensate from the heat source should be considered under no back pressure conditions. If the steam pressure and temperature supplied are higher than the allowable working pressure and temperature of the unit, a pressure-reducing and temperature-reducing device should be installed before the steam enters the unit. 4. The outlet water temperature options are 7℃ and 10℃, which are for use with air-cooled chillers, spray-type air conditioners, or process production requirements. In design, where possible, consider using a unit with a higher outlet chilled water temperature. 5. When utilizing waste heat for refrigeration, consider the effects of scaling and corrosion on equipment and structural materials, and take appropriate countermeasures. 6. Pay attention to the static pressure of the water system during design. When the static pressure is higher than 0.75 MPa, it is advisable to use a secondary heat exchange method to isolate the excessive system pressure. When selecting the unit, pay close attention to the working pressure and test pressure on both the chilled water and cooling water sides. 7. It is recommended to locate the unit indoors. If an outdoor-type unit is selected for outdoor placement, the electrical and control equipment of the refrigeration unit should be located indoors. 8. The arrangement of equipment and pipeline connections within the machine room should facilitate installation, operation, and maintenance. The distance between the unit and the power distribution equipment, as well as the width of the main passageways, should be at least 1.5m. The distance between the protruding parts of two units should be at least 1m, and the distance between the unit and the wall, as well as the width of non-main passageways, should be at least 0.8m. The distance from the top of the unit to the roof or bottom of the beam should be at least 1.2m. 9. The steam dual-effect unit produces refrigerant steam in the high-pressure generator, which is then used as the heat source for the low-pressure generator to produce more refrigerant steam.
