Primary Application:
This series of pumps is widely used for power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, cement, urban construction, aerated concrete, sewage discharge, and similar high-concentration, high-temperature liquids and slurry applications in urban environmental protection and sewage discharge.
Material Description:
The flow components of this series of pumps are made from materials selected for their wear and corrosion resistance, tailored to the specific characteristics of the slurry in various industrial fields.
Structural Features:
The submersible slurry pump features a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump design. The pump body is submerged within the fluid it transports, eliminating the need for water to start and solving the suction issue. The submersible section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional submersible pumps, such as short bearing life and high maintenance workload. The impeller is a semi-open design with mixing blades at the extension of the impeller's suction side, offering advantages such as backflow mixing, mechanical crushing, and prevention of clogging during operation.
