Main Application:
This series of pumps is widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, cement, urban construction, aerated concrete, wastewater discharge, and other similar high-concentration, high-temperature liquid and slurry applications in urban environmental protection.
Material Description:
The overflow components of this series of pumps are made from materials selected for their wear and corrosion resistance, tailored to the specific characteristics of the slurry in various industrial fields.
Structural Features:
Submerged slurry pumps have a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump structure. The pump housing is submerged in the fluid being transported, eliminating the need for water to start the pump and solving the suction problem. The submerged section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional submerged pumps, such as short bearing life and high maintenance workload. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, with agitator blades at the extension of the impeller suction side, offering advantages such as backflow mixing, mechanical crushing, and anti-blocking during operation.
