Operation and Daily Maintenance of Cement Packaging Machines:

Before operating, be aware of the on-site environment, clear any obstacles that may hinder operation, and prohibit personnel from approaching the rotating packaging machine, except for the insertion bag.

2. Thoroughly inspect electrical components before starting the vehicle. The speed regulator knob is at the 0 position, and turning it clockwise gradually increases the speed to the desired RPM. The speed regulator knob must be returned to the 0 position.

When inserting the pocket, maintain an appropriate distance from the machine to prevent injury.

Do not press with your hand during filling; kick the cement bags to avoid affecting measurement accuracy.

In the event of a malfunction during operation, power should be disconnected, a warning sign posted, or a designated person should be on duty.

6. Packaging machine grounding protection should be safe and reliable, and grounding resistance should be tested regularly.

The Working Principle of Cement Packaging Machines:

Cement materials in the storage warehouse are fed into the hopper of the packaging machine, where an operator inserts bags to activate the stroke switch, transmitting a signal to the microcomputer. This initiates the solenoid valve, which, through the cylinder's operation, opens the discharge outlet. A high-speed impeller then continuously fills woven bags through the outlet. When the bag weight reaches the set value, a sensor transmits a signal to the microcomputer, which controls the solenoid valve to activate the cylinder, closing the discharge outlet for customized filling. Simultaneously, the solenoid valve, via the sensor signal, activates the bag presser, causing the packaging bag to automatically tilt. The entire filling process is electrically controlled. Besides manual bag insertion, the system can automatically complete functions such as pressing the cement bags, opening and closing the discharge nozzle, and weighing and metering, as well as automatically unloading the bags. This reduces mechanical failures and ensures the operation of the packaging equipment.

Equipment prior to the cement packaging machine includes manual gates, intermediate silos, vibrating screens, chutes, hoists, feeders, control valves, and soft connectors, among others. Regular inspections of each feeding equipment are essential; a sufficient feeding system is a prerequisite for the smooth operation of the cement packaging machine, as well as for high and stable output. The capacity of the vibrating screen and feeder directly impacts the output of the cement packaging machine, and the hourly output must match the output of the rotating cement packaging machine. The area of the control valve, manual gate, and soft connector进出口 flanges should also match the output of the packaging machine, ensuring that the output of the cement packaging machine is not restricted.

The output of cement bagging machines is measured by the number of bags that fall during a unit of time. Within the allowable speed range of the cement bagging machine, the more bags entering the outlet pipe, the higher the output. Ensuring the accuracy of bag insertion is crucial; without any missed insertions, the faster the bagging machine's rotation, the higher the output. The speed and success rate of bagging directly impact the output of cement bagging machines. Currently, the primary method for bagging at cement factories is manual. With societal development, the application of automatic bagging machines is becoming a trend. Due to high prices of foreign bagging machines, long supply cycles for spare parts, untimely after-sales service, and a lack of skilled technicians, they are rarely used domestically. To date, no automatic bagging machine has demonstrated higher bagging success rates and speeds than skilled bagging workers. It is believed that in the near future, domestic bagging machines will continue to improve and gradually replace manual bagging.
