Types of cement packaging machines:
According to the principle of bag weight control for cement packaging machines, they can be divided into two types: mechanical and electronic.
1) The weight measuring mechanism of the packaging machine is manufactured based on the lever principle. One end of the lever has a counterweight, the other end has a weighing frame, and there is a fulcrum in the middle. The control of bag weight depends on the up and down flipping of the lever mechanism. There are two reasons for the poor weight control performance of the packaging machine: first, the change in friction resistance due to the counterweight and fulcrum. Dust on the bag holder is brought into the measurement, causing the scale to deviate from zero; in the cement packaging process, dust is inevitable. Second, in a dusty environment, the fulcrum of the lever will be affected.
2) Electronic Packaging Machine: Supported by spring plates, the weighing sensor detects the bag's weight, while the controller measures and controls. Cylinders (or electromagnets) serve as the actuator. The electronic control system can tare and reset the scale before each cement filling, ensuring the accuracy of the zero point. Additionally, the cylinders (or electromagnets) are less affected by environmental factors, resulting in more reliable operation.
