Dry powder mortar equipment production process

Dry powder mortar is a product that, after being dried and sifted, is mixed with a small amount of binder materials (such as cement and gypsum) and trace amounts of high-tech additives, processed uniformly according to scientific formulas, resulting in a finished mortar with shrinkage resistance.

Crack-resistant, thermal insulation, and moisture-proof features. The product can be delivered to the construction site in either packaged or loose form, ready for immediate use after mixing with water in the specified proportions. The production process is as follows:

1. Sand pretreatment involves: If mechanical sand is used, select quarries, crushing, drying (grinding), screening, and storage. If river sand is used, only drying and screening are needed. In areas where conditions allow, finished sand can be purchased and delivered directly to the sand storage.

2. Aggregates, sand, fillers, and additives are delivered to the respective warehouses.

The dry powder mortar equipment, cement silo, and fly ash silo are located on the side of the mixer. Bulk trucks deliver materials to the storage with pneumatic conveyance. Below the silo, a screw conveyor transports materials at the designed speed to the top of the metering hopper, with a soft connection between the screw discharge and the hopper inlet.

The bucket elevator is set on one side near the mixer, with the feeding port equipped with a hopper that is buried underground, level with the ground for easy sand addition. The discharge port of the elevator is above the weighing hopper, connected to the feeding port of the hopper with a soft connection. The sand conveying speed is controlled by the bucket elevator.

The scale is known as a weigh hopper. Sensors, connectors, and pneumatic butterfly valves are set above the mixer. The butterfly valve is installed below the weigh hopper, softly connected to the mixer's feeding port. The measuring scale completes the weighing of cement, fly ash, and sand according to the program design.

An artificial feeding hopper is set above the blender, located on the same work platform as the measuring hopper.

The shaft hoist is positioned on one side of the platform supporting the mixer, with its basket lifting materials to the platform where the manual hopper is located.

The gravity-free blender is placed on a single-level platform, with a capacity of 2 cubic meters and features a double-door design for quick and even discharge. The fly knife unit is customizable based on the product choice.

The finished product hopper is positioned below the blender, closely connected to the blender's discharge. To prevent separation of materials with different particle sizes and bulk densities during the descent, a anti-separation slider is installed inside the finished product hopper, significantly reducing this occurrence. The hopper is designed with two discharge outlets, allowing simultaneous feeding to two packaging machines.

When selecting a valve mouth packaging machine, the feeding port of the machine is directly connected to the discharge port of the finished product hopper, placed beneath it; if choosing an open mouth packaging machine, the machine is placed on the side of the finished product hopper, with the hopper connected to the machine.

What Hazards Can Be Caused by Not Cleaning Dry Powder Mortar Equipment in a Timely Manner?

Firstly, if the dry powder mortar equipment is not cleaned promptly after operation, the remaining mortar in the equipment can cause erosion, leading to a shorter lifespan of the equipment.

2. After the dry powder mortar equipment is finished working, if the equipment is not cleaned in a timely manner, the mortar may solidify inside the mixer drum, thereby causing the equipment to start up and exerting some pressure.

3. Failure to promptly clean dry powder mortar equipment can lead to caking inside the machinery, complicating future maintenance efforts.
