Fire Suppression High-Temperature Exhaust Fan Overview
1. Application: The GYF fire-fighting high-temperature exhaust axial fan meets the GB50045-95 "Code for Fire Prevention Design of High-Rise Civil Buildings" and GB50067-97 "Code for Fire Prevention Design of Parking Garages, Repair Garages, and Parking Facilities," and is a new type of energy-saving fire-fighting exhaust fan. This fan can be used for fire-fighting exhaust in various buildings and is also suitable for smoke and air exhaust in high-rise buildings, general buildings, underground parking garages, mine tunnels, etc. For instance, it can be used for air exchange in underground storage areas, and can switch to high airflow smoke exhaust when needed.
2. Structure Type: Axial flow blade design, featuring GYF-I (Single Speed) and GYF-SI (Double Speed); two types of fire-exhaust fans.
Blade design in斜流式:Available in GYF-II (single speed) and GYF-S2 (double speed) fire and smoke exhaust fans.
If the user has high noise requirements, a GYF-BX silencing fire-exhaust fan can be produced. The fan can also be made in a vertical design, installed on the roof for fire exhaust purposes.
The GYF fire-resistant high-temperature exhaust axial fan is composed of five main components: (1) impeller (2) motor (3) inner circulating fan impeller (4) guide vanes, inner casing, and duct hole (5) outer casing.
3. Installation and Usage:
1) The fan can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or suspended mounting positions. The fan base must naturally fit with the foundation's flat surface; it is not allowed to forcibly connect the base by hammering. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the fan components.
2) Prior to installation, carefully inspect the impeller and housing for any damage or deformation due to transportation. If found, repair them before installation.
3) Check if the connecting bolts are loose, if the motor insulation is good, and if there are any obstructions inside the fan pipe that might hinder rotation.
4) After the fan installation, a trial operation must be conducted. Any abnormal rubbing, impact, or vibration should be immediately eliminated.
