Single-layer adjustable louver outlets are commonly used for suction and blowing air in pipelines. They can also be equipped with a hinged gate (multi-blade butterfly valve) according to actual conditions to control air volume or installed with an aluminum alloy filter for matching use. The blades can be horizontally or vertically placed and can be flexibly rotated left or right, or up and down to control the air flow direction.
The air flow direction of a single-layer louvered air outlet is one-dimensional, either horizontally left-right or vertically up-down. However, the air flow direction of a double-layer louvered air outlet is two-dimensional, featuring both horizontal left-right and vertical up-down directions.
Commonly installed on pipe or side walls as side supply air outlets. The double louvre air outlet features two adjustable angle-moving blades. The short blades are used to adjust the diffusion angle of the supply air stream and can also change the direction of the air flow; adjusting the long blades allows the supply air stream to adhere to the ceiling or incline at a certain angle (when supplying warm air). The outer blades of the double louvre air outlet or the blades of a single louvre air outlet can be parallel to the long side or the short side, and the choice can be made according to customer requirements.
Features
1. Single-layer adjustable blades, offering various wind throw distances and different dispersion angles.
2. Suitable for supply and return air outlets.
3. Available in aluminum or iron construction.
4. For use with the supply air outlet, it is designed to be paired with the regulating valve.
5. Can be made into an openable structure for return air outlets, used in conjunction with filters.
