We have established a three-tiered service system comprising the Technical Department, After-Sales Service Department, and Overseas Offices, with the three departments collaborating closely to fulfill after-sales tasks and uphold our commitment to "regular maintenance and timely repairs" for our products.

Warranty Period:Our company guarantees a quality warranty period for the provided tower clock equipment.  One  During the warranty period, we offer free on-site inspection and repair for any quality issues without any additional charges. After the warranty expires, we provide lifetime repair services, charging only for the cost of parts.

2. Follow-up Arrangements:Our company conducts a巡回 inspection of the provided equipment every six months and a phone follow-up every three months.

3. Technical TrainingOur company offers free training to technical managers on tower clock systems for our users, ensuring they can properly operate, maintain, and care for the equipment. We also provide technical documentation and answer technical inquiries.

4. Free Upgrade:During the equipment's operational period, our company offers free software upgrades and maximum hardware upgrade services to our customers.

5. Equipment Handover:At the handover of the equipment, we provide some consumables and spare parts to the user free of charge.

6. Parts Inventory:The company maintains an ample, standardized inventory of spare parts, ensuring the availability of all necessary components throughout the equipment's operational lifespan.

7. Fault Response:Upon receiving a customer's repair call (National Unified Service Hotline:After calling 0535-2124777 (24-hour after-sales hotline: 15306380677), we will respond within 2 hours and arrive at the repair site within 6-24 hours.

8. Troubleshooting:Upon arrival at the site, the maintenance team promptly contacted the client for repairs. After completion, they explained the cause of the incident and the repair process to the client, filled out the maintenance record form, and had it signed off by the client. The team then stayed for two days to monitor the equipment before leaving, ensuring it was functioning normally.
