How to properly store magnetic-free stainless steel weights:
Handle with care; do not place in a damp or dusty environment.
Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss.
3. When in use, avoid squeezing with your hands; use tongs or wear gloves to handle. Do not touch the weights with bare hands, and use tools to remove the weights when handling them.
4. Handle weights gently when placing or removing them; avoid acids, alkalis, and oils during use.
5. Before use, remove dust from the surface of the weights with a soft brush or wiping cloth. Store stainless steel weights properly, avoiding damp and dusty environments.
6. Count the weights inside the box before and after use to prevent loss. This set of weights must not be mixed with other weights. After use, clean the weights with alcohol and let them air dry before storing them in the original packaging box for future use. Avoid collision or dropping to prevent injury or scratching. The weights should be calibrated regularly based on usage frequency, and calibration records should be kept.
7. Weights should only be placed in the weight box or on the balance pan. When not in use, they should be returned to the corresponding slots in the box (including the tongs) and the lid should be closed at all times to prevent dust from falling in.
8. The stainless steel weights and balances are matched for calibration. Additionally, the quality of the individual silicon weights within the same weight box cannot be interchanged with weights from different weight boxes.
9. First, record the weighing results based on the empty holes in the weight box.
