How to Properly Store Magnetic-Free Stainless Steel Weights:
Handle with care; do not place in damp, dusty environments.
Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss.
3. When in use, do not handle with bare hands; use tongs or wear gloves to pick up, and never touch the weights with your bare hands. Use tools to remove the weights during use.
4. Handle weights gently during placement and removal; avoid sticking with acidic, alkaline, or oily substances during use.
5. Prior to use, remove dust from the weight surface with a soft brush or wipe. Store stainless steel weights properly, avoiding damp and dusty environments.
6. Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss. This set of weights must not be mixed with other weights. After use, clean the weights with alcohol and let them air dry before storing them back in the original packaging box for future use. Avoid any impacts or falls to prevent injury or scratching. The weights should be periodically calibrated based on usage frequency, and calibration records should be kept.
7. Weights should not be placed anywhere other than inside the weight box or on the balance pan. When not in use, they should be returned to their designated holes in the weight box (including the forceps) and the box lid should be closed at all times to prevent dust from falling in.
8. The stainless steel weights and balances are to be inspected as a set. Additionally, the quality of individual silicon weights within the same weight box cannot be interchanged with weights from different weight boxes.
9. First, record the weighing results based on the empty holes in the weight box.
