Weighing Scale Usage Requirements and Precautions:
Each scale should come with a set of weights. Within a set, weights of the same nominal mass may have different true values. When weighing, use the ones without an "*" first to minimize measurement errors.
2. Use tweezers with bone or plastic tips to pick up the weights; do not touch them with your hands directly, and do not use alloy steel tweezers to prevent scratching the weights.
3. Weights must be placed only in the weight packaging box or on the balance scale plate, and not anywhere else.
4. The surface of the weights should be kept clean, and the surface dust should be removed regularly with a soft-bristled brush. Any dirt can be cleaned with a cloth dipped in alcohol without water.
5. If weights have fallen and sustained damage, or if there are oxidation stains and loose scales, they must be immediately inspected. They can only be used after confirmation of their qualification.
6. Calibrate weights regularly based on frequency of use, typically not exceeding once a year.
