Measure and calculate the size and dimensions of cable well holes, floor thickness, and the position and dimensions of the cable within the well. During installation, thoroughly review all hole sizes and the surrounding conditions of the holes, and keep detailed records.

Streamline the Foundation: Includes sweeping, removing construction debris, and loose concrete sections
Pattern: The length of the fire-resistant panel and base layer overlap should be ≥5cm. Based on this size and the fire-resistant panel dimensions, draw lines to determine the bolt hole positions, ensuring bolt center spacing is ≤15cm. Use flexible organic sealant, evenly distributing on both sides. Ensure that bolts are fixed at each corner and properly marked.
Punching: Use an impact drill with a diameter of 6-8mm to drill holes along the line and install bolts.
Cutting Fire Retardant Boards: Use sheet material cutting tools to cut fire retardant boards to the on-site dimensions and initially install them to ensure they meet installation requirements. File Down Fire Retardant Board Edges: Use a file to dull the zinc-plated edges of the cut fire retardant board to prevent damage to cables.
Fire-retardant Panel: Secure the fire-retardant panels to the substructure with bolts as required, ensuring that the galvanized steel plate's galvanized side faces outward during installation. First, stack fire-retardant packages around the cable well, then seal the gaps between and around the cables with fireproof mortar, paying attention to the neatness, compactness, and airtightness of the stack. Ensure that the fire-retardant packages around the cables are filled tightly and compacted.。
Apply Non-Curing Fireproof Mortar: Apply non-curing fireproof mortar around the fireproof surface and at joints, ensuring even and smooth application.
