Sports Wood Floor Refurbishing Process

1. Equipment, Tools, and Instruments: Levels, polishers, dust-free grinders, electric hammers, impact drills, levels, and common construction and woodworking tools, etc.

2. Materials and Supplies: All necessary materials for the installation of sports wooden floors, delivered to the site, stored and preserved properly according to product performance, with sufficient quantities to meet the progress of sports wooden floor construction.

3. Inspection of Construction Conditions for Sports Facilities: Verify if the construction conditions are met, and submit items not up to construction standards in writing for coordination and resolution with relevant departments.

Sports Flooring Refurbishment and Maintenance Process:

1. Remove sports equipment from the gym's wooden floor using a cart, and inspect the wooden floor before renovation. Determine the wear level of the floor and check for any sagging in the substructure. If there's sagging, repair it first before sanding.

2. Sand the wooden flooring with a sander, starting with 40-grit sandpaper for the initial sanding to remove the surface paint. Then, proceed with 60-grit, 80-grit, and so on, until a smooth and even surface is achieved. The thickness to be removed depends on the degree of wear, typically around 0.5mm is sufficient.

3. Polish the floor with 120-grit sandpaper until a smooth surface is revealed.

4. Mixture of latex and floor powder to form putty for smoothing and filling floor joints.

After the putty dries, sand the sports wooden floor further with 120-grit sandpaper.

6. Conduct on-site tinting, mix the sports floor paint in proportion and stir it until thoroughly blended.

7. On-site priming with paint. Pour the primer into the spray painting equipment and apply evenly. Operators move at a consistent pace, ensuring seamless joints with even overlaps. Once the primer is dry, sand it with fine sandpaper and vacuum the dust.

8. Apply two coats of paint above, pour the surface paint into the dipping equipment for coating, operator

Uniform walking speed, even overlap between adjacent seams.

9. Mark items as per customer's request.

10. Sweep the site in preparation for inspection.
