Hole repair on granite surfaces is a common form of damage that occurs over time with the use of stone. Before repairing holes in natural marble, it is essential to clean the hole area thoroughly, then use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust. Next, crush a piece of discarded stone of the same quality, clean it, and mix it with resin glue for filling. The repair should be slightly elevated by 3-4mm above the stone surface. After the resin glue is completely dried, use an angle grinder to smooth it out for refinishing. For repairing joints, some stones may develop joint issues during the installation process. If the joints between stones are not properly treated, black lines may form between them. Before refinishing, the black lines must be cleaned out with a needle, blade, or a jointing machine. Then, use a strong adhesive mixed to match the color of the stone to fill the gaps, making them slightly elevated by 0.2mm above the stone surface.
