Application Environment:
The room environment for laying anti-static flooring requires a temperature of 15℃ to 35℃ and a relative humidity of 45%RH to 75%RH.
2. Decorative flooring surfaces:
2.1 Prohibit the use of pointed or sharp tools for direct construction operations on the decorative surface of the activity floor to prevent damage to the anti-static properties and aesthetic quality of the surface.
2.2 It is strictly prohibited to jump from heights directly onto the antistatic flooring during use, and to handle items roughly while moving, which may damage the flooring.
When moving items on the activity floor, it is prohibited to push objects directly on the surface, causing direct friction between the object and the ground, which may scratch the floor surface.
2.4 When transporting items, use a cart with rubber wheels for movement or place isolation pads between the item's outline and the floor to prevent surface damage.
When placing heavier items on anti-static activity panels, they should be arranged evenly to avoid damaging the anti-static flooring.
On 2.6, when maintaining equipment in the subfloor space, use a floor mat lifter for floor installation and removal. Handle the floor tiles gently to avoid damaging the static-dissipative tiles.
2.7 Use a clean mop and rag to keep the surface clean while in use. Be cautious not to spill excessive amounts of water or cleaning agents onto the floor, as this may affect the lifespan of the anti-static flooring and disrupt the normal operation of the wiring and equipment beneath.
3. Barefloor and Ventilated Flooring
3.1 Prevent the anti-static spray coating on the activity floor from being scratched during use. If any scratches are found, use gray paint to touch them up, ensuring the coating remains intact.
3.2 Prevent small objects (such as coins, keys, paper clips, pushpins, etc.) from falling into the ventilation openings of the ventilation floor to avoid damaging ventilation regulators and other equipment.
