Full Steel Elevated Anti-Static Floor
Performance Features:
1. Fully steel composition, offering high mechanical strength, strong load-bearing capacity, and excellent impact resistance.
2. Surface electrostatic spraying, with features of matte finish, wear-resistant, waterproof, fireproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant.
The adhesive decorative high-pressure layer panels feature excellent wear resistance and anti-static properties, are resistant to pollution, easy to clean, and have strong decorative effects.
High dimensional accuracy, good interchangeability, flexible assembly, easy maintenance, and long service life.
5. The flooring can be cut to any size, and installation accessories are convenient.
6. Four sides fixed, easy installation.
7. The lower space can be used for air conditioning ventilation and can be combined with ventilation panels to adjust the ventilation volume at the bottom; 8. For overweight equipment, simply adding supports beneath the floor can resolve the load-bearing issue.
9. Easy to disassemble and reuse by simply replacing the decorative film.
10. When installing ground outlets, make holes according to the specifications of the ground outlets. Application range: Full steel flooring is suitable for high-load and anti-static requirements, such as main server rooms with large servers and cabinets; large, medium, and small computer rooms; communication centers represented by switches; various electrical control rooms; postal and telecommunication hubs; and economic, national security, aviation, aerospace, and traffic command and dispatch centers, as well as information management centers that use computer control.
Site Environment Requirements: Temperature 10-30°C, Relative Humidity RH 30-70%
Rate of temperature change ΔT ≤ 15°C/hour
Vibration: No regular vibration (source)
Chemical Environment: No Highly Corrosive Volatile Substances
Construction Techniques:
Ensure the site for the installation of elevated flooring is thoroughly cleaned, with a flat and dry surface. The ground should be levelled with cement sand mortar, and the difference in height measured with a 2-meter level should be less than 4 millimeters.
2. Marking and positioning on the cleaned ground to accurately determine the location of each bracket.
Install brackets at designated positions, set up the frame, and adjust the height of the entire bracket assembly.
Install the crossbeam, adjust the horizontal alignment of the beam simultaneously, recommend using a laser level, then tighten the screws to securely fasten the beam.
5 Install activity floor tiles and trim the edges of the activity floor.
After floor installation is complete, install skirting boards to protect and beautify the wall edges.
After construction is complete, clean the floor surface.
Cautionary Note:
Surface of the activity floor is prohibited from being washed with water. Instead, use a mop that has been wrung out for cleaning.
Do not lay gas or water pipes under the floor.
Do not use hard or sharp objects to crush, impact, or scratch the surface or plastic coating.
Do not use overweight items.
