Pure Oxygen Environment Test Chamber
Workers must wear confined space gas detection and alarm devices when entering limited spaces, such as cellars, underground pipelines, sealed tanks, and storage tanks, as these areas are often closed or semi-closed year-round, leading to low oxygen levels inside and posing a risk of hypoxia, which can threaten human life. To ensure the safety of workers entering these enclosed spaces, it is necessary to pre-detect the gas conditions, such as oxygen, flammable, and toxic gas concentrations, before entering.
Section 2: Selection Tips for Oxygen Detection Instruments in Confined Spaces and Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments for Confined Spaces
(1) Gas detectors are categorized into two types based on their sampling methods: pump aspirated and diffusion detectors. Due to the need for safety assessments in confined spaces before entry, it is recommended to use a pump aspirated detector to sample the internal space's gases for analysis, providing an accurate basis for safety evaluations.
(2.) Portable limited space oxygen detection instrument, easy to use with one-hand operation. The instrument includes an internal pump and a sampling soft rod (to locate the leak source) and is a convenient detection device for leak inspections in gas storage areas. Particularly suitable for use around process handling equipment, pipeline systems, and for entry into confined spaces.
