Vacuum process control:
Vacuum drying chamber process control offers programmed vacuum cycles, allowing for the setting of high and low vacuum levels according to your requirements, thus further shortening the drying time. For instance, by programming the vacuum cycles, set the minimum vacuum to 50 Pa, the maximum vacuum to 99 KPa, and the cycle count to 6 times. As each cycle progresses, the humidity decreases continuously, and the drying speed significantly increases. The cycle count can reach up to 99 times.
Recirculation program control function:
User-friendly operation interface and programming, saves customer time, ensures controllable heating or drying process, direct programming on the operation interface, pre-set up to 30 programs, each from 1 to 9999 minutes, and pre-set start and stop times.
Vacuum Level Control:
The vacuum drying oven is equipped with digital technology to control the vacuum level, (manual control is a thing of the past, do you really think that manually adjusting a lever-operated valve can control vacuum levels in the 21st century?) automatically controlling the vacuum level through a digital vacuum gauge, providing you with more effective vacuum control. The vacuum level can be conveniently controlled between any two points or within any area between 10-105Pa (low as 133Pa), with an accuracy of ±1%. The vacuum gauge uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor, ensuring a stable pressure value unaffected by air flow, and transmitting this stable pressure value to the vacuum gauge's LED display screen.
Temperature Control Advantages:
Features 7 groups of 63-step programmable temperature function: Includes traditional program control mode, and allows setting of temperature, holding time, and slope mode program control for temperature~holding time. To be defined in the format of temperature-time-temperature: the time required to rise or drop from one temperature to another, thus controlling the rate of heating or cooling process, ensuring every step of your temperature experiment, whether heating, holding, or cooling, is controllable.
