Product Overview:
Carbon dioxide culture is widely applicable in various scenarios, including laboratories in major universities, life sciences, biotechnology, health and epidemic prevention, and scientific research institutions.
Technical Features:
1. Stackable up to two layers for optimal use of lab space; features a microcomputer LCD controller for reliable control. 2. Constructed with a stainless steel inner lining, rounded corners for smooth transitions, and panel supports that are easy to remove and install for convenient cleaning in the workspace.
3. Infrared (IR) sensors offer fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas without being affected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations, ensuring stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the box even with frequent door opening and closing by multiple people. In contrast, thermal conductivity sensors are prone to temperature influences, have a longer response time, and are subject to larger detection errors. They also require frequent calibration for long-term use.
Optional Filter:
The CO2 intake is equipped with a microbial filter that effectively filters particles larger than or equal to 0.3mm, achieving a 99.99% filtration rate for bacteria and dust particles in the CO2 gas.
Recirculating automatic control:
The speed of the oscillating fan can be automatically controlled. When the internal temperature of the box is at a constant state, the speed decreases, adjusting the air flow to the optimal cell growth conditions, thus preventing sample evaporation due to excessive airflow during the testing process.
Heating System:
The incubator's door can heat the internal glass door, effectively preventing condensation on the glass and minimizing the risk of microbial contamination from the condensation.
Function:
Independent temperature alarm system to ensure experimental operation does not encounter accidents.
Low temperature, high temperature, over-temperature alarm, and door opening time too long alarm functions.
Ultraviolet Sterilization System
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is positioned at the top rear of the box interior, allowing for regular disinfection of the interior. It effectively kills floating bacteria in the recirculating air within the box and the steam evaporated from the humidifying disk, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
