Product Overview:
Carbon dioxide culture is widely applicable to various scenarios, including university laboratories, life sciences, biotechnology, health and epidemic prevention, medicine, and scientific research institutions.
Technical Features:
Stackable in two layers for efficient use of lab space, featuring a microcomputer LCD controller for reliable control. Constructed with a stainless steel inner lining, rounded corners for smooth transitions, and panel supports that can be easily assembled and disassembled for convenient cleaning in the workspace.
Infrared (IR) sensors offer fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas with minimal impact from external temperature and humidity fluctuations, ensuring stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the box even with frequent door opening and closing by multiple users. In contrast, thermal conductivity sensors are susceptible to temperature changes, have a longer response time, and are prone to larger detection errors, necessitating frequent calibration over long-term use.
Optional Filter:
The CO2 inlet is equipped with a microbial filter, which effectively filters particles larger than or equal to 0.3mm, achieving a filtration rate of up to 99.99% and efficiently removing bacteria and dust particles from the CO2 gas.
Recirculating Automatic Control:
The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled; when the temperature inside the box is at a constant state, the speed decreases and the air circulation adjusts to the optimal wind speed for cell growth, preventing excessive air volume during the experiment that could cause sample volatilization.
Heating System:
The incubator's door can heat the inner glass panel, effectively preventing condensation on the glass and minimizing the risk of microbial contamination due to condensation.
Features:
Independent temperature alarm system ensures experiment runs without accidents.
Low temperature, high temperature, over-temperature alarm, and door opening time too long alarm functions.
Ultraviolet Sterilization System
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located at the top rear of the box interior, allowing for regular disinfection of the interior. It effectively kills floating bacteria in the circulating air inside the box and the steam from the humidifying disk, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
