Overview of Usage:
Anaerobic incubators provided for medical institutions for the cultivation of anaerobic bacteria.
Structural Features:
1.The product consists of an incubator with a constant temperature, an anaerobic operation room, a sampling room, gas and electrical control systems, mechanical transmission system, cabinet frame, bottle holder, wax melting sterilizer, and more. It is designed to create a stable anaerobic environment within the operation room, suitable for the cultivation of anaerobic microorganisms.
2. Utilizes a PLC module control system, featuring a microcomputer-based intelligent PID temperature control module for precise temperature reflection and control within the incubator. The same control interface allows monitoring of temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, and O2 concentration values.
3. The box contains an ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
4. The inner chamber of the恒温incubator is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the front windows of the operation and sampling rooms are constructed with impact-resistant special transparent glass. Operating with dedicated gloves ensures reliable comfort, flexibility, and ease of use.
5. The formation of anaerobic environments and the transfer of items are automatically operated through pre-set programs, eliminating the need for manual, cumbersome operations.
6. The operation room is equipped with a special inoculation rod sterilizer, a molten wax disinfection device, and an oxygen removal catalyst.
7. Independent external temperature protection device, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, grounding protection, overload protection
8. Medical-grade sealed materials, ensuring vacuum leakage prevention
9. Taiwan Quality Microfan Axial Flow Circulation Motor
10. Compliant with GB/T 18268.1-2010 requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of electrical equipment used for measurement, control, and laboratories
11. Complies with GB 4824 Group B Type 1 testing for electromagnetic interference characteristics and measurement methods of industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) radio frequency equipment.
