High-Temperature Vacuum Dryer GZF-6050
Usage Overview:
A vacuum drying oven is a cabinet-style drying equipment that dries materials under negative pressure conditions. It utilizes a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, creating a vacuum state within the chamber, lowering the boiling point of water, and accelerating the drying process. It is used for powder drying, material annealing, semiconductor processing, new energy battery testing, aerospace component encapsulation testing, bubble and moisture removal during electronic product manufacturing, and hardening drying, among others. It is widely used in research fields such as electronic chemistry, agricultural science, and environmental protection.
The GZF series vacuum drying oven, based on high-temperature drying, further enhances the process with vacuum conditions, significantly reducing boiling points and steam pressures. It provides a dust-free, vortex-free drying process and a gentle environment for testing and heating, making solvent vapors easy to collect, discharge, or recycle. Additionally, storage, heating, testing, and drying are all conducted in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, thus making the test samples less prone to oxidation.
Technical Features:
1. Cubic Studio utilizes an effective volume of up to.
2. Double-layer steel plate reinforced door, large-angle telescopic steel plate hinge.
3. High-temperature-resistant silicone door seal strips for one-time casting provide effective sealing.
4. Low-temperature cooling and temperature reduction sealing ring device.
5. Locking tension-adjustable door locks for maintaining excellent vacuum level.
6. The studio is constructed with stainless steel sheets.
7. Dedicated high-temperature sealing valve components.
Product Advantages:
Vacuum environments significantly lower the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be evaporated, thus vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.
For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
Complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and then dried using vacuum drying, leaving no trace of any substances involved. Compared to conventional drying that relies on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by the flowing air.
Under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of oxidizers exploding upon heating is eliminated, making it more reliable.
The unique cooling structure ensures maximum vacuum integrity without leakage.
Disengaging the vacuum unit can reduce the impact of air flow on the test material itself.
