Section 3: Product Structure Features
The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with a surface that's electrostatic powder coated, offering a hard and durable finish with excellent rust resistance.
The studio is crafted from stainless steel plate, featuring rounded corners, smoothness, and a streamlined design, making it highly easy to clean.
Between the cabinet and the working chamber, ultra-fine glass wool insulation material is filled, providing excellent thermal insulation. This effectively ensures the stable and accurate temperature inside the cabinet and minimizes its impact on the operating environment.
Double-layered stainless steel insulated structure for the box door, offering excellent heat insulation properties.
The interior is designed with rational hot air circulation channels, ensuring more even temperature distribution and faster temperature rise inside the box.
The temperature control is manufactured using microcomputer intelligent digital technology, featuring industrial PID self-tuning and a four-digit dual-LED digital display function. It boasts high temperature control accuracy, exceptional anti-interference capability, and is also extremely easy to operate.
Section 4: Product Installation and Commissioning
1Handle with care: Do not apply force on the glass and avoid collision with the box during transportation.
2. Upon arrival, the equipment should be placed on a level surface; if the ground is uneven, it should be corrected.
3. Do not use the instrument in direct sunlight or in high-temperature and humid conditions.
4. The equipment should be kept away from sources of electromagnetic interference, and the grounding wire of the equipment should be effectively grounded.
5. When the equipment is operating normally, the arrangement of items inside the box should not obstruct air circulation to ensure uniform temperature within the box.
6. Power supply is AC220V 50HZ, a 10A or higher three-prong plug must be used, and a reliable grounding wire is required. Do not use a two-prong plug without authorization.
7. Do not place the power cord too close to the back, and avoid having instruments or other items press on the power cord to prevent damage to the cord.
V. Product Usage Instructions
1、Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf inside, and close the box door.
2. Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet, then turn the power switch on the right side of the panel to the "ON" position. The instrument will display numbers, indicating the equipment is in operation.
3. Adjust the internal temperature of the box by operating the temperature controller on the control panel.
4. The instrument begins to operate, the internal temperature gradually reaches the set value, and after the required drying treatment time, the processing is complete.
5. Turn off the power, wait until the internal temperature of the box approaches the ambient temperature, then open the box door and remove the items.
**Note:** Be mindful of the temperature inside the box when opening to retrieve items to avoid burns.
