Preparation Before Using a Dryer Cabinet
The box should be placed in a dry and level indoor location; no additional securing devices are required.
Two: Install one iron-case switch in the power supply line to supply this box, and use a grounding wire twice as thick as the power cable and ensure effective grounding.
Before powering on, check the electrical performance of this box and be mindful of any short-circuit or leakage issues.
Once everything is ready, place the sample inside, close the box door, and simultaneously turn the exhaust valve open to a gap of approximately 5mm. At this point, you can plug in the power and begin operation.
5. Do not remove the side door at will; do not disturb or alter the wiring. The side door can only be removed if the box is faulty, and the wiring should be checked sequentially. In case of major malfunctions, please contact the factory and the service point.
Power On:
1. Upon plugging in, simply turn on the power heating switch. Select the high-temperature setting when the required temperature exceeds 150℃, otherwise, the power setting is sufficient. Next, rotate the temperature control knob clockwise from the "0" position to the desired temperature. The interior of the box will then begin to heat up, indicated by the green light on the gauge. Rotate clockwise to increase temperature and counterclockwise to decrease it. Additionally, you can turn on the fan switch to activate the blower.
2. Once the temperature reaches the required working temperature, the green light turns off and the red light turns on. The alternating blinking of these indicator lights indicates the constant temperature set point (at the constant temperature point, the temperature may continue to rise due to residual heat, which will stabilize after about half an hour). When the indoor temperature stabilizes, the 101A and 202A models display red digits. Adjust the knob slightly when the reading deviates or falls below the required temperature until it reaches the correct level.
After the temperature is stabilized, it can be maintained at a constant level for a specific duration as required by the test. During this process, the temperature controller inside the box can automatically regulate the temperature without the need for manual management.
4. To view the samples in the observation studio, you can open the box to reveal a glass door inside. However, it is recommended not to frequently open the box door to avoid affecting the constant temperature. Additionally, when the temperature reaches 300°C, opening the box door can cause the glass door to rapidly cool and crack.
5. When using this box, please read the instrument manual simultaneously.
6. A burning smell may occur when using the new boxes, which is caused by the evaporation of the heat-resistant paint surface. This smell will disappear after one hour of use.
Cautionary Note:
This unit is a non-explosion-proof desiccator. Do not place flammable volatile substances inside to avoid explosion.
2. This product is constructed from metal steel plates, coated with a flat paint finish. The workshop coating is made of high-temperature-resistant silver powder as a corrosion-resistant layer. Therefore, please do not damage the paint layer to avoid corrosion of the box.
3. The average load on the sample shelf is 15 kg per square meter. Please avoid overpacking and overloading when placing samples, and do not place products or other items on the heat dissipation plate to affect the convection of hot air.
Before use, check the installation position of each heating element in the heater to prevent overlapping or collision, which may cause accidents.
5. The applicable environmental conditions for this drying cabinet are: temperature 5-35°C, relative humidity ≤85%, free from strong electromagnetic fields, and without high concentration of dust or corrosive substances.
