Welded wire fence products are enhanced with various surface treatments, significantly boosting their performance and extending their lifespan. The primary surface treatments include galvanizing, plastic coating, and spray painting for corrosion resistance.Sports Field FencingOur products boast excellent aging resistance, sun resistance, and corrosion resistance. They come in a variety of colors and are aesthetically pleasing, easily harmonizing with local landscapes. They feature high safety performance coefficients and excellent anti-climbing capabilities. The mesh connections are secured with galvanized anti-theft screws, effectively preventing destructive disassembly. The four-way fold reinforcing ribs significantly increase the strength of the mesh surface.
Wire Fencing Safety Precautions - ShanghaiSports Field FencingOur factory editor is here to regale you with a tale:
One:
Galvanized and plastic-coated wire fence options are available, along with immersion coating. Compared to general steel, the galvanized layer has lower hardness and is prone to mechanical damage. Therefore, during installation, it is crucial to handle the fence with care, gently lifting and placing it to prevent damage to the galvanized or plastic coating.
Two:
Before constructing a wire mesh fence, it is crucial to accurately determine the precise locations of various pipelines buried in the subgrade, and ensure no damage is caused to underground facilities. In the event of insufficient depth of communication pipelines, drainage pipes, or fill soil on culvert lids, adjust the position of the posts or change the method of post fixation.
Three:
Regarding pile casting: Pour concrete for the bottom slab, and for the wall body concrete, pour up to 30cm from the top surface of the full bottom slab (zero bending moment point). The construction joints must be meticulously chiseled. If a column is driven too deep, do not pull it out to correct; instead, pull out all the remaining columns, recompact their foundations, and then re-drive them, or adjust the position of the columns.
Four:
Welded wire fence should be installed with flanges, paying attention to the positioning of the flanges and the control of the height of the top surface of the posts.
Five:
First, install the brackets onto the posts, ensuring not to tighten the bolts too tightly. Then, secure the protective mesh to the brackets using the connecting bolts. Connect the mesh panels together using the joining bolts without over-tightening them. Utilize the elongated holes on the guardrail panels to adjust the shape promptly, ensuring a smooth line and avoiding local bulges. Once the top line of the protective mesh is deemed satisfactory, tighten all bolts. According to experience, installing wire mesh fences, sports field fences, and community partition fences in groups of 3, 5, or 7 is easier when the installation direction is opposite to the traffic direction.
