Shielded Cable Characteristics
1. The conductor of the cable has a long-term working temperature of 90°C.
2. The minimum bend radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
3. Cables must not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Shielded cable's shielding layer grounded
Shielding layer grounding is typically handled in two methods: single-point grounding of the shielding layer and double-point grounding of the shielding layer.
1. Single-ended grounding of the shielding layer involves directly grounding the metallic shielding layer at one end of the shielding cable, while the other end is not grounded or grounded through a protective connection.
Under single-ended grounding of the shielding layer, there is an induced voltage between the metallic shielding layer and ground at the non-grounded end, which is proportional to the length of the cable. However, no potential loop current flows through the shielding layer. Single-ended grounding is used to suppress potential potential differences in order to eliminate electromagnetic interference.
This grounding method is suitable for shorter lines, where the induced voltage corresponding to the cable length must not exceed the voltage. The presence of static induction voltage can affect the stability of circuit signals and may sometimes form an antenna effect.
2. Double-ended grounding involves connecting both ends of the metallic shielding layer of the shielded cable to ground.
Shielded Cable Characteristics
1. Rated Voltage: U0/U 450/750V
2. High operating temperature: Polyallfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) insulation does not exceed 200°C.
3. Low environmental temperature: Poly sheath: Fixed installation -40°C, non-fixed installation -15°C.
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: Fixed installation -60°C, non-fixed installation -20°C.
4. The installation temperature for cables should not be below 0℃ (for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and jacketed cables, not below -25℃).
5. The allowable bending radius for cables: For unarmored cables, it is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
The shield or steel tape armor of the cable is as small as 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables are as small as 8 times the diameter of the cable.

What types of shielded cables are there?
There are various types of cable shielding, each suitable for different applications. Common shielding types include:
1. Woven Shielding: This type of shielding utilizes a woven mesh structure, composed of tin-plated or bare copper wire. The interference coverage range, depending on the weave density, is 70-95%.
2. Foil Shielding: Made from a thin layer of aluminum or copper, it can be bonded to the substrate material to enhance strength and durability. Its design is intended to be fully wrapped around overlapping cables or wires.
