Product Description
The MX-WW-144-03 Continuous Level Gauge with Lever Float Switch operates on the same principle as the Small Float Level Switch. Typically, a sealed, non-magnetic metal or plastic tube is fitted with one or more reed switches as required. A hollow float with an internal magnetic ring is then mounted at the relevant position on the rod within the reed switch, allowing the float to float up and down within a certain range. The magnet inside the float attracts the reed switch to close, triggering a switch action to control the liquid level. Normally open and normally closed refer to the state without liquid. The Lever Float Level Switch is a custom-made product, and the appropriate float specifications are chosen based on the properties of the liquid being measured, such as temperature, pressure, specific gravity, and resistance to acids and alkalis. When purchasing, you also need to determine the connection specifications (flange mounting or threaded mounting, etc.), the position of each action point, the action form (normally open or normally closed), and the total length.

Product Features
Reed switch contact material is rhodium (with rhodium oxide coating), with a contact life of up to 2 million operations.
The special treatment of the reed switch allows it to operate normally at temperatures up to 200°C.
Multi-point control is available, with each control point's location customizable to meet customer requirements.
All switch outputs are concentrated inside the junction box, making installation simple and convenient, thus reducing wiring costs.
The junction box has an IP65 or higher protection grade, and explosion-proof and隔爆型junction boxes can be configured as required.
Overall performance is reliable. Materials such as SUS304, SUS316L, PP, PVDF, and PTFE are available for selection.
