Working Principle
The suspended ceiling roller shutter is composed of a spring system and an LT50 motor system. One end of the fabric is attached to a coiled tube equipped with springs, while the other end's steel cable is wound around a drum on the motorized coiled tube. The motor supplies power for the fabric movement, the spring provides the recoiling force, ensuring the ceiling curtain maintains a certain tension during operation or at rest. After the ceiling is fully opened, the fabric rolls onto the spring-coiled tube, with a slight droop when the fabric is unrolled.
Organizational Chart
System Design:
Spring coil tube diameter is generally 85mm, and motorized roller diameter is usually 85mm. The system's maximum length should be 5M, and the maximum width is best at 3M. Select the tension spring system and motors with different torque based on the ceiling area and the weight of the material used. The system operates in a single-open mode and can be made into slanted or arched ceiling curtains. The Easy Rich FSS system requires the material to have certain tensile strength. Control options include manual line control, wireless remote control, and intelligent control.
Key Components

Practical Application Knowledge:
1. Curved, inclined, or horizontal glass ceilings, which can be stopped at any intermediate position, offering multiple control options, including one-to-many operation.
2. Each piece is 1 to 2.5 meters wide; a length of no more than 8 meters is recommended; the area of a single piece should not exceed 15 square meters. Tubular motors are available with various torque options based on width and length.
3. Linear, trapezoidal, curved, S-shaped; when using one-to-two or one-to-many drive methods, a balancer must be added. When the drive axis is in a zigzag shape, a universal joint must be added, with the maximum angle of the zigzag being 135 degrees. When using an arched mechanism, a center guide cloth roller is required.
