Product Introduction:

Suitable for use in processes where exposure to high temperatures or elevated temperatures may occur./Items exposed to sunlight can enhance the properties of regular polyester and cationic dyeable polyester fibers(CDP)Excellent lightfastness, widely used in carpet, interior decorative fabrics, curtains, various interior decorations for cars, and other items such as ropes, tents, canvas backpack fabrics, etc.

 

LT-UV501Also suitable for outerwear for both ladies and gentlemen, particularly for sports and casual attire.

 

The dyeing process can be treated together in the same bath..

 

 

Features and Benefits:

1. LT-UV501Enhances color fastness and lightfastness, especially for dyed fabrics under high environmental temperatures (automotive use), reducing damage to fibers from heat and oxidation.

2. Good compatibility with dispersing dyeing agents.

3. Suitable for dyeing machines for roving and warping beams. Can also be used in alkaline dyeing.

Preparation of Textiles
To achieve ideal results, the fabric used for processing and finishing must be free of all processing aids, such as: wetting agents, dyeing auxiliaries, sizing residues, softeners, and other surfactants.
To avoid diminishing the effect, some mechanical treatments such as calendering, electro-polishing, and brushing can be done before drying and before baking; steam and steam-softening processes should be conducted after baking to enhance the finishing effect; fluffing and abrading should be done prior to the finishing process.

May affect the rubbing fastness of dyed and printed fabrics with disperse dyes. Recommend conducting a preliminary test.

Further processing services, such as garment washing/Film Coating/Coatings may affect stain management performance; it is recommended to conduct pre-testing to ensure these treatments do not impact the fabric's properties.
