Taffy Pouring Production Line
Equipment Introduction:
1) Utilizing internationally renowned PLC brands, offering enhanced stability. Programmed for automatic control of vacuum sugar refining temperature, time, insulation temperature, and pouring speed.
2) 10.7-inch large touch screen displays process flow diagrams, operational status of each part, and settings for parameters such as temperature and injection speed, making it easier for users to operate and master the system.
3) This series of products has a production capacity ranging from 150 kg to 600 kg per hour.
4) Accurately controls the flow rate of syrup with variable speed control, ensuring stable syrup paste quality.
5) The dynamic mixer completes the quantitative addition and mixing of flavors, colors, and acid solutions online.
6) Conveying Chain Belts, Cooling System, and Double Ejection Mechanisms ensure mold release.
7) Various shapes of candies can be produced depending on the mold used.
8) Optional chocolate timed dosing system for producing chocolate-filled candies.
9) Replacing some equipment and molds, this production line is capable of producing spherical and flat 3D lollipops.
