Equipment Introduction:
The JYL series fully automatic PLC-controlled needle film continuous syrup stick injection production line is currently the most advanced syrup stick injection equipment (spherical, flat, three-dimensional) in China. This machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls, featuring a reasonable and compact structure with high automation levels; it boasts high production efficiency, capable of producing single-color, two-flavor dual-color spray, two-flavor dual-color double-layer, three-flavor triple-color spray, as well as crystal sugar, filled sugar, striped sugar, xylitol sugar-free sticks, and ThinkQ sticks, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic stick insertion system, enabling full-line automatic operation. After multiple improvements, the operation is even simpler and more convenient. In addition, this production line shares the same characteristics as hard candy injection production lines, allowing for interchangeable molds and some equipment, so the syrup stick injection production line and hard candy injection production line can be interchanged.
