Equipment Introduction:
The JYL series fully automatic PLC-controlled hole membrane continuous sugar-coated candy injection production line is currently one of the most advanced injection (spherical, flat, three-dimensional) candy production equipment in China. This machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls into a compact structure, boasting a high degree of automation; it has high production efficiency and can produce single-color, double-flavor double-color spray, double-flavor double-color double-layer, triple-flavor triple-color spray candies, as well as crystal sugar, filled candies, striped candies, xylitol sugar-free candies, and Think Q candy, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic stick insertion system, enabling full-line automatic operation. After multiple improvements, the operation is even more simple and convenient. In addition, this production line also shares the same characteristics as hard candy injection production lines, allowing for the interchange of molds and some components between the candy injection line and the hard candy injection line.
