Equipment Introduction:

1) Utilizing internationally renowned PLC brands, offering enhanced stability. It automatically controls the vacuum sugar boiling temperature, time, holding temperature, and pouring speed.

2) 10.7-inch large touch screen displays process flow charts, operational status of each part, and settings for parameters such as temperature and pouring speed, making it easier for users to operate and master.

3) The production capacity of this series ranges from 150 kg to 600 kg per hour.

4) Variable frequency speed control ensures accurate sugar syrup flow, resulting in stable sugar paste quality.

5) The dynamic mixer completes the precise addition and mixing of flavorings, colorants, and acidic liquids online.

6) Conveyor belt, cooling system, and dual demolding mechanism ensure easy demolding.

7) Various shapes of candies can be produced depending on the mold.

8) Optional chocolate timing dosing system for producing chocolate-filled candies.

9) Replacing some equipment and molds, this production line can manufacture spherical and flat-shaped lollipops.
