Blow molding film processing wholesale process generally includes:
Hopper feeding of material → Plasticizing extrusion → Blowing and stretching → Air ring cooling → Vee-shaped plate → Roller traction → Corona treatment → Film winding
However, it is worth noting that the performance of blow molding processed wholesale film is highly related to the production process parameters. Therefore, during the blow film process, strict control over process parameters is essential, standardized operational procedures must be followed, and smooth production along with high-quality film products must be guaranteed. In the process of producing polyethylene blow molding wholesale film, the following aspects of process parameters need to be well controlled:
Extruder temperature
During blow molding of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film, the extrusion temperature is typically maintained between 160℃ and 170℃, and it is crucial to ensure uniform die head temperature. Excessive temperature can lead to resin decomposition and脆 film, particularly a significant decrease in longitudinal tensile strength; whereas, too low a temperature results in poor resin plasticization, preventing smooth expansion and stretching. The film's tensile strength is lower, and its surface luster and transparency are poor, sometimes even exhibiting wood grain patterns and unmelted crystal nuclei (fish eyes).
2. Blowing Ratio
Blow-up ratio is one of the key controls in the bulk production process of blowing film, referring to the ratio between the diameter of the film bubble after inflation and the diameter of the uninflated tube ring. The blow-up ratio represents the lateral expansion multiple of the film, which, in fact, is a form of lateral stretching that exerts a certain degree of orientation on the plastic molecules. As the blow-up ratio increases, it enhances the lateral strength of the film. However, the blow-up ratio should not be too high, as it can lead to unstable film bubbles and frequent wrinkling. Therefore, it should be properly matched with the draw ratio. Generally, for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film, the blow-up ratio should be controlled between 2.5 and 3.0.
Blow molding processed wholesale products' pollutants
During the blow molding processing and wholesale manufacturing, plastic granules emit a small amount of organic waste gas due to high temperatures, primarily consisting of non-total hydrocarbons.
