EMI X23 Incremental High-Precision Magnetic Length Measuring System

Overview:

This magnetic length measuring system, EMI X23, is based on the EMI X2. It expands the existing EMI X series and boasts two major advantages:

1. Optional in various resolutions

2. The read head has a smaller size. Customers can also order a vertically mountable version [Please specify option L clearly when ordering (see order code)].

Function Principle:

The reader is integrated with a magneto-resistive bridge, interpolation unit, and output driver unit. The bridge generates counting pulses based on signal triggering. The spacing between the reader and the magnetic scale must not exceed 0.8mm.

The sensor is equipped with an 8-core twisted signal cable containing a shielded wire, which is flexible and retractable.
