It is primarily used for removing sulfur dioxide (SO₂) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) from the gas, ensuring compliance with emission standards. Below are the detailed specifications of this equipment:

Technical Principle

  • SDS Dry DesulfurizationInjection of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) as an efficient desulfurizing agent into the desulfurization reaction zone, where it reacts with sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in flue gas to produce sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) and carbon dioxide (CO₂), thereby achieving desulfurization.

  • Low Temperature Denitrification in SCRAt temperatures ranging from 180 to 310°C, NOx in flue gas is reduced to nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O) through a catalyst, achieving denitrification.


Process Flow

  1. Desulfurization stageThe coking flue gas enters the SDS dry desulfurization system to remove SO₂.

  2. Dust removal stageThe smoke passes through a bag dust collector, removing particulates.

  3. Denitrification phaseSmoke enters the medium and low temperature SCR reactor to remove NOx.

  4. Emission StageProcessed clean flue gas is discharged through the chimney.
