Oil-filled water-resistant communication cables are filled with petroleum jelly, primarily designed with waterproof considerations in mind, such as: HYAT, HYAT53, HYAT22, etc.
Product Features:
Model and Specifications: Nominal number of pairs in HYAT cable × 2 × Nominal wire diameter. For example, HYAT 600×2×0.40. Our company mainly produces HYAT cables in the 0.40mm, 0.50mm series, including HYAT53, HYAT23, with up to 3200 pairs. We can also custom make cables in other series upon customer request.
Standard: YD/T 322-1996 Copper-core Polyolefin Insulated Aluminum-Plastic Sheathed Indoor Communication Cable
Application Scope:
Used for transmitting audio and analog signals of 150KHz or below, as well as digital signals up to 2048Kbit/s. Under certain conditions, it can also be used for transmitting digital signals above 2048Kbit/s. This cable is primarily applied in local telecommunication lines in urban areas, commonly used outdoors, laid in pipes, and requires suspension lines for overhead installation.
Cable Usage Precautions:
The environmental temperature during cable laying and installation shall not be lower than -5℃.
2. The bending radius during cable laying should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
3. Cable drums are only allowed to roll in a single direction over short distances and must not be placed flat.
4. When cables enter pipes, attention should be given to minimizing friction between the cable and the pipe wall. When entering manholes, the bending radius should not be less than the radius of the cable drum, and friction with the manhole edge should be avoided.
5. The cable should be filled with a certain pressure of dry gas (pre-filled with 30~50 kPa of dry air before shipment).
6. The cable operates in an environmental temperature range of -30℃ to +60℃.
