The second-hand vacuum air quenching furnace is a highly advanced vacuum heat treatment equipment, offering exceptional performance and unique design for a wide range of applications. It is capable of vacuum bright air quenching, annealing, sintering of magnetic materials, and rapid cooling for high-precision parts made from alloys such as high-speed steel, mold steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and titanium alloys. The vacuum quenching furnace consists of a heating hood and a movable base frame. The top of the square (or circular) hood is equipped with a crane, which can lift the material basket into the furnace chamber using chains and hooks. The hood is supported by shaped steel and features an air-operated (or electrically operated) furnace door at the bottom. The base frame, located below the hood, can be moved and positioned along tracks, carrying a quenching water tank and material baskets. During production, the material basket on the base frame is moved directly below the hood, the furnace door is opened, and the basket is hoisted into the furnace with the chains and hooks, then the door is closed for heating. For quenching, the water tank on the base frame is first moved below the hood, the door is opened, and the basket (workpiece) is quenched in water.
