Reconditioned vacuum furnaces are electric heating equipment that operates in a vacuum environment, boasting features such as reliability, energy efficiency, rapid temperature rise and fall, and low energy consumption. They are suitable for use in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions for element analysis and determination, as well as for quenching, annealing, tempering, and heating of small steel pieces and new materials such as electronic ceramics.
Prior to commencement, ensure an adequate supply of high-purity nitrogen, verify the unobstructed flow of the cooling water lines, and check that the compressed air pressure meets the required standards.
2. Electrical connectors in the electrical control system should be kept clean and tight; each time before firing up the furnace, check all the tightened electrical connectors.
3. In case the equipment's interior is not clean after use, wipe it clean with a cloth dampened with alcohol or gasoline and then allow it to dry.
4. If the conveyor belt is a needle belt, please sandpaper the needles to prevent scratching of the battery sheets. For diagonal belts, bake at a low speed with the speed set to 100 to remove organic matter.
5. When disassembling parts such as the sealed structure on the furnace and the vacuum system, clean them with alcohol or gasoline, dry them, apply vacuum grease, and then reassemble.
6. Maintenance operations should be performed when the power is off. If repairs are carried out while the equipment is live, they must be conducted by qualified maintenance personnel, ensuring the safety of both personnel and equipment.
Ensure that there is no foreign object felt within the sealing ring and sealing groove.
8. Due to extended downtime, drain the water from the pump and apply grease to the impeller to prevent rust.
The above content provides a detailed introduction to the daily maintenance measures for second-hand vacuum furnaces; we hope it is helpful to all.
