1. TLG and TL steel aluminum drag chains have the maximum stroke of 40m, suitable for all transmission modes. They can be easily extended or shortened. Additionally, the bending radius can be altered by changing the pin shaft. The bending radius should be selected based on the maximum diameter of the cable and should be 10 times the cable diameter. If the cable diameter is smaller, a smaller radius can be chosen.

2. The support plate width for steel and aluminum traction chains ranges from 150mm to 800mm, with a spacing of 10mm between holes. The height of the chain plate, i.e., the height of the support plate, depends on the maximum diameter of the cable.

When the machine tool is operating at its maximum capacity, if the width of the steel-aluminum conveyor chain exceeds 300mm and the length exceeds 4m, consider increasing the conveyor chain size for stability reasons.
