Hebei Shenzhou Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise specializing in the production of spiral steel pipes, anti-corrosion, and insulation pipes. Established in 2005, the company is located in the Xiwang New District Industrial Park of Mengcun Hui Autonomous County, Hebei Province. It currently operates two manufacturing plants and five production workshops, covering an area of 172,000 square meters with a building area of 40,500 square meters, with a total investment of 6.8 billion yuan. The company boasts a strong technical team, with 368 employees, including 56 engineers and 86 technical personnel. It has eight advanced double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipe production lines, specializing in producing double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipes with diameters ranging from 219 to 3820mm and wall thicknesses from 6 to 30mm. It also has two 3PE (three-layer polyethylene) and two epoxy resin anti-corrosion production lines, specializing in producing anti-corrosion steel pipes and steel-plastic composite pipes with diameters from DN50 to DN3200mm, including 3PE/2PE/FBE/2FBE/2PP/3PP coatings. Additionally, it has three high-density polyethylene insulation outer sheath production lines, specializing in producing polyurethane insulated pipes and steel-clad steel steam insulated pipes with diameters from DN50 to DN1800mm. The company produces 200,000 tons of "Xinjin Steel" brand spiral steel pipes, 100,000 tons of anti-corrosion pipes, and 100,000 tons of insulation pipes annually.
