Thick-walled elbow

Thick-walled elbows utilize wear-resistant steel as the base material, suitable for various pipeline systems. These include abrasive wear, corrosive wear, erosion wear, and impact wear, among others.

Wear is one of the primary forms of damage to thick-walled elbows, leading to significant consumption of energy and raw materials. According to incomplete statistics, as much as 1/3 to 1/2 of energy is consumed in friction and wear.

Over the past few decades, the development and application of low and medium alloy wear-resistant steel have progressed rapidly. Due to their excellent wear resistance and toughness, along with relatively simple production processes and reasonable overall economic efficiency, these steels are applicable under many working conditions and have been well-received by users. This has also led to a wider application of thick-walled wear-resistant elbows and their increasingly lower costs.
