Wooden Fireproof Door Product Features:
Wooden fire-resistant doors refer to doors made of wood or wood products for the door frame, door leaf skeleton, and door leaf panel, with a fire resistance limit meeting the requirements of the "GB50045-95 Code for Fire Prevention Design of High-rise Civil Building." These doors are categorized into two main series: full-wood and half-glass, and come in various single and double-leaf specifications.
The production requirements for wooden fire-resistant doors: The door frame and door leaves thicker than 50mm should be connected with double tenons. During the assembly of the frame and leaves, the tenon and groove should fit tightly, bonded with adhesive material, and secured with wooden wedges.
Note: In humid areas, Grade I products should use waterproof phenolic resin glue, while Grade II products can use semi-waterproof urea resin glue. When manufacturing plywood doors (including fiberboard doors), the frame and crosspieces must be on the same plane, and the face layer, frame, and crosspieces should be pressure-bonded. At least two ventilation holes should be drilled at the crosspieces and the top and bottom headers to prevent moisture from causing glue separation or swelling. The quality of door manufacturing should comply with the following specifications:
Surfaces should be smooth or textured, without saw marks, burrs, or hammer marks. The frames and panels should conform to the design specifications, with clean, even joints. Glued doors and panels made of plywood or fiberboard are not permitted to have delaminated. Plywood should not be routed through the face veneer or splines. The allowable deviations for door manufacturing should comply with the specifications in Table 5.1-1.
Steel Fire Door Product Features:
Steel fire doors are doors made of steel materials for the frame, door leaf skeleton, and door leaf panel. If filled, the interior is filled with non-toxic and harmless fire-resistant insulation material, complemented by fire-resistant hardware accessories, to form a door with certain fire resistance.
The thickness of the steel material used in fire-resistant steel doors should be specified.
Door panel ≥0.8, door frame board ≥1.2, hinge board ≥3.0, reinforced piece without screw holes ≥1.2, reinforced piece with screw holes ≥3.0.
