Diverters are commonly used for:
In the floor heating system, there are several branch pipelines managed by the manifold and diverter, equipped with exhaust valves and automatic thermostatic valves, which are generally made of copper. The diameters are small, typically ranging from DN25 to DN40, with a prevalence of imported products.
2. Air conditioning water systems, or other industrial water systems, manage multiple branch pipelines as well, including return and supply branches. However, their diameters typically range from DN350 to DN1500, constructed from steel plates and fall under the category of pressure vessel professional manufacturing companies. They require pressure gauges, thermometers, automatic air vent valves, safety valves, drain valves, etc. Pressure regulating valves must be installed between two containers, and an automatic bypass pipeline is necessary for assistance.
3. Potable Water Supply System: The use of water dividers effectively prevents leaks in potable water management. Centralized installation and management of water meters, combined with the use of single-pipe multi-way systems, reduces piping procurement costs and also shortens construction time, enhancing efficiency. Potable water dividers are directly connected to aluminum-plastic main pipelines and water meters are centrally installed in a water meter pool (water meter room), ensuring one meter per household. Outdoor installation and inspection are facilitated. Currently, nationwide household meter transformation projects are being carried out on a large scale.
