
(1) The manufacturer secures the indicator plate of the spring support bracket at the corresponding position of the installation load, using two positioning blocks on top and bottom, temporarily placing the spring support bracket in a rigid state.
(2) After the pipeline has been cleaned and hydrostatically tested, remove the upper and lower positioning blocks before the pipeline can be put into use.
(3) Upon the start of pipeline operation, first check if all positioning blocks have been fully removed, then inspect for any binding during the displacement process from the installed load to the working load on the indicator plate.
(4) After the pipeline is operational, verify if the displacement of the spring suspension brackets under working load matches the design. After the pipeline is shut down, check if the indicator plate has returned to the installed load position. Inspect the tightness of the spring brackets, etc.
