Air heaters, as the name implies, are electrically heated system equipment that controls the heating of gas flow. The heating reaction element of an air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube, and the internal cavity is equipped with multiple baffle plates from China, which guide the flow of working gas, extending the time the gas remains in the cavity, thus ensuring that the gases are heated uniformly and providing efficient heat exchange technology. Their application research scope is very wide, such as in aerospace development, arms industry, and research and production laboratories in higher education institutions. Today, I will briefly discuss the testing of our company's air heater's graphite seal ring sealing performance. To test the sealing performance of the graphite seal ring, high-temperature and high-pressure air is introduced to the high-pressure side, where some of the air leaks to the low-pressure side through circumferential sealing, and some is discharged through exhaust holes. Air conditioning electric heaters are used in industrial air ducts, air conditioning air ducts, and various industries to heat air passing through, increasing the temperature of the output air, generally inserted laterally into the air duct. Electric heater troubleshooting: - If the electric heater fails to heat, check for internal wire breaks. Replacement is only necessary when repair is not possible, such as when wires or connection lines are broken or loose, and can be reconnected. - If the heating tube is broken or damaged, simply replace the heating tube. - For issues with leakage, confirm the presence of leakage points and consider the situation. If the problem is with the electric heating tube itself, it can be baked in an oven; if the insulation resistance is too low, the heating tube may need to be replaced; if water has entered the junction box, it can be dried with a hairdryer; if the wire is peeled, it can be wrapped with tape or replaced, as well as the wire.
