The principle of the sewage cleaner operates as follows:
The cleaner moves horizontally to the cleaning station, automatically aligning with the track. The rake descends from the unloading station, opening upon reaching the debris screen surface and continuing to descend. Once at the desired cleaning depth, the rake closes, its teeth engaging the bars to a certain depth, then it rises to remove the debris from the screen. Upon returning to the cleaner's unloading station, the rake opens, and the waste is poured into the effluent channel, where it is washed away by the flushing water.
Section II: Key Technical Features of the Cleaning Machine
The cleaner features a mobile multi-station online automatic cleaning function, with strong cleaning capabilities and excellent operational performance.
2. The cleaning rake blades and grate slots interlock reliably, effectively removing debris from the grate surface; the use of inverted hook trapezoidal tines prevents the shedding of debris during the lifting process.
The rake opening and closing mechanism is uniquely designed, allowing for opening or closing at any position on the cleaner's body and screen grate; the rake bucket can open at an optimal angle for unloading, ensuring thorough and clean waste removal.
The cleaning machine features high-precision lateral walking automatic positioning, with alignment deviation less than 2mm.
5. The cleaning device (rake bucket) operates accurately and reliably during the cleaning process, achieving high cleaning efficiency.
6. The entire machine utilizes a PLC programmable controller to achieve automatic control of the horizontal movement and positioning of the cleaning machine, as well as the lifting and cleaning process of the rake bucket.
7. Electrical and mechanical safety protection measures are fully implemented, featuring both audible and visual alarms.
All drive motors are equipped with overcurrent and overheat protection, automatically stopping and emitting a fault alarm signal when they are overloaded.
The bucket is equipped with protective switches for cleaning depth limits, unloading height limits, opening degree limits, and closing angle limits, ensuring reliable operation.
