Installation Steps for the Screw Actuator
1. Ensure the base foundation layout is perfectly horizontal at 180 degrees when installing the screw actuator; the contact area between the actuator base and the foundation layout should exceed 90%; the screw axis must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; it should also be perpendicular to the hinge holes of the gate, to prevent the screw from tilting and causing localized stress that may damage the machinery.
2. Place the manual screw jack at the installation position. Fit a stop plate onto the screw, then thread the screw from below the beam into the machine. Once the screw protrudes from the top of the machine, secure the stop plate in place. The bottom of the screw is connected to the gate.
3. The foundation for the screw-type gate opening mechanism must be stable and safe. The concrete for the base and foundation components shall be poured according to the drawings. It is prohibited to remove or alter the temporary supports of the opening mechanism before the concrete reaches the designed strength, and it is also not allowed to conduct trial adjustments or trial operations.
4. During installation, align the centerline of the gate lifting with the center, ensuring the longitudinal and transverse centerline deviations are no more than ±3mm, and the elevation deviation is no more than ±5mm. Subsequently, pour the second-stage concrete or connect with the pre-buried steel plate.
5. Ensure all electrical equipment installations comply with the drawings and specifications, with all equipment reliably grounded.
6. After the product is fully installed, clean the machine, repair any damaged protective paint, and apply lubricant.
